Around the same time when the last few party goers started to head home from yesterday’s launch event, FUTURA x Beats by Dr. Dre – Solo HD Artist Series Headphones went “live” on Beats’ online store. In addition to the eight solid color already available, audiophiles everywhere have this ninth colorway as an option without additional cost. A portion of a larger “Atom” composition created by FUTURA, currently on display at Beats Flagship Store in SoHo, the collaboration also marks the start of Beats’ Artist Series initiative that will see works from other influential creative types in the near future.
Retails for $199.95 USD, the FUTURA x Beats by Dr. Dre – Solo HD Artist Series Headphones are available for a limited time only at select Apple retail locations, Beats by Dr. Dre online store, and its flagship store in SoHo, NYC.
