To close out 2013 on a high note, Google developers introduced a series of new functions to the Google Glass earlier this week. Not only can the smart accessory upload videos to YouTube now, users of the device can select music to hear through the +Google Play Music All Access subscription, receive weather alerts when severe weather approaches, and receive breaking news from the new Wall Street Journal app. Another noteworthy update is the ability to take photo with a simple wink. Since Google Glass was made to operate seamlessly with a person’s everyday routine, engineers went and added this upgrade.
